1. Unable to setup connection with camera.
Please follow the following steps.
- Press and hold camera wifi button to blinking blue indicator.
- When connecting to the home network please ensure that you are connecting to 2.4 G wifi and not 5G wifi
- Disable firewall or open port 433
2. Unable to play back
- Please ensure there is SD card in the camera.
3. Unable to access camera from outside network.
- Check if battery camera is fully charged, plug in charging cable to charge camera. Fully charge camera till orange light is off.
- Check if wifi connection to camera is not blinking blue. If blue, disable firewall or open port 433.
